Our 8-week Youth Sports Performance program is geared toward improving 6 major traits in youth sports that are proven to propel athletes to the next level:

Our program is broken down into 3 class types:
1. Strength & Explosivity
2. Speed & Agility
3. Endurance & Mobility
These 3 classes will run in the order listed above, throughout our 8-week program. Our highly skilled and knowledgeable coaches will design workouts that work in conjunction with each other, and create synergy among these 6 traits. Across the 8-week block, our experienced team will teach athletes to utilize all of these traits simultaneously, to assist in all types of athletic movements. As byproducts of this training, athletes will see a drastic increase in a variety of other skills and traits, guaranteed to help them on the athletic field(s):

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
