The focus will be on the following Olympic-style lifts: Snatch, Clean, Push-Press, Push-Jerk, and Split-Jerk. Whether you are a new or developing lifter, we’ll help you learn to lift with an efficient technique suited to your body. You will be paired with a coach in a small group class to refine your style through various accessory techniques.
You’ll be participating in group classes utilizing the CrossFit methodologies outlined below.
Barbell workouts can be adjusted in weight and intensity according to the fitness level of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter.
Our Barbell Classes are designed to be constantly varied, meaning everyday is different so you never get bored. All workouts are based on the core movements of life, and these movements reflect the best aspects of the barbell.
All of our Barbell Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure:
A certified coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
